ROLL CAGES
STRUCTURE THAT BELONGS IN THE CAR.
Roll-cage fabrication developed around the shell, driver position, packaging and intended use of the vehicle.
SERVICES / FABRICATION
Custom motorsport fabrication built around the vehicle, the packaging and the job it actually needs to do.
BUILT AROUND THE VEHICLE
The best fabricated parts solve a problem cleanly. Dorifab work is developed around packaging, access, strength, serviceability and the rest of the vehicle — whether it is one component or part of a larger build.
WHAT WE FABRICATE
The scope can range from a single bracket or pipe section through to cages, exhaust systems and complete fabricated assemblies.

STRUCTURE THAT BELONGS IN THE CAR.
Roll-cage fabrication developed around the shell, driver position, packaging and intended use of the vehicle.
02
ROUTING, CLEARANCE AND HEAT MATTER.
Custom exhaust fabrication for performance and competition cars, built around the available space, service access and the rest of the vehicle.
03
SHORTER ROUTES. CLEANER PACKAGING.
Custom intake, intercooler and charge-pipe solutions designed around airflow, component placement and practical access.
04
SMALL PARTS CAN SOLVE BIG PROBLEMS.
Custom mounting solutions, brackets and interfaces for components that need to live properly in a motorsport vehicle.
05
USE THE SPACE THAT IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE.
Custom tanks, reservoirs and fabricated assemblies for projects where off-the-shelf packaging does not make sense.
06
WHEN THE CAR NEEDS SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
Structural modifications and one-off fabricated solutions developed around the actual requirements of the build.
HOW WE APPROACH IT
A fabricated part only works properly if it fits the whole system around it. Clearances, heat, access, mounting, loads and future service all matter before material gets cut.
Understand where the part has to live, what it needs to clear and how the surrounding systems affect it.
A clean installation still needs to come apart when the car needs maintenance, inspection or future changes.
Material, wall thickness, support and mounting strategy should suit what the component is actually being asked to do.
The finished component should integrate cleanly with the car rather than look like an afterthought.
MATERIALS / PROCESS
Material choice depends on function, heat, weight, packaging, budget and how the component needs to live in the car.
STRUCTURE / CAGES / MOUNTS
Used where strength, structure and practical fabrication matter, with material selection based on the application.
EXHAUST / PIPEWORK
Common for exhaust and fabricated pipework. TIG welded and back-purged where the application calls for clean internal weld quality.
LIGHTWEIGHT / HIGH-END EXHAUST
Used where weight and material performance justify it. Titanium work is TIG welded with appropriate shielding and back-purging.
TANKS / PIPEWORK / LIGHTWEIGHT PARTS
Used for tanks, reservoirs, intake and charge piping and other lightweight fabricated components where appropriate.
BEFORE WE START
Photos, measurements, existing parts and a clear description of what the car needs to do help us define the right fabrication scope.
Tell us what the car is, what it is being built for and whether the work is for street, performance or competition use.
Describe the component or problem, what it needs to connect to, clear or support and what is already in the car.
Let us know what parts, flanges, components or material are already supplied or need to be incorporated.
Clear photos, rough dimensions and timing expectations make it easier to define the job before work begins.
FABRICATION ENQUIRY
Send through the vehicle, the problem you are trying to solve and any parts or material already involved.
