Dispatch timing varies by product and current availability. Where a product has a specific lead time, it will be shown on the product page.

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated or shown at checkout where supported. Large, awkward or specialised items may require a different freight arrangement.

Where tracking is available, the tracking details are sent once the order has been dispatched. Carrier scans and delivery updates are controlled by the freight provider after collection.

Check the delivery address carefully before placing the order. If something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been collected, address changes may not be possible.

International shipping availability depends on the destination and product. Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other destination-country fees may apply separately from the Dorifab order total.

If an order arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the parcel and product so the issue can be assessed.
